The moment a purchase is made, be it through this website, through our WhatsApp line or by phone, the buyer is agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this page at the time of purchase.
All purchases will be delivered freely within Singapore
Cancellation and Changes to Order by Customer
No cancellations of orders are allowed once the product has reached the customer.
Problems with Order
If any problems are faced with your order, do contact us at (e-mail) to let us know of your problem. Replacement and compensation will be made on a case-by-case basis. However, please make sure to contact us immediately when you receive your product, with a picture, as we cannot ascertain the validity of your claim if done after a length of time.
Refunds & Replacements
Due to our large volume of inquiries, please do allow us 3-5 working days to process your refund / replacement. We will always strive to maintain our great service by doing our best to do so within the same day. However, we have to ensure that no customer is left out.
10-year Warranty Conditions
Winter will refund buyers on their product purchases made on this website up to a 10-year period from the date of payment if all of the following conditions are met:
1. Product has not broken or undergone any damage due to negligence or mistreatment by the buyer, or from sub-optimal care of the product by the buyer
2. Buyer has taken care of the product in the following ways:
a. Product has not been exposed to temperature fluctuations, which is to be determined by Winter
b. Product has not been knocked, scratched or put under unnatural amounts of pressure (“unnatural” is to be defined and decided by Winter)
c. Product has not undergone harmful amounts of physical stress (to be determined and decided by Winter)
3. The product shows abnormal levels of wear, tear and distress for its length of use (which is to be determined and decided by Winter during inspection)
4. If all of the conditions mentioned in 2 are met, there is no evidence that the conditions in (2) have not been followed, and the product damage can be proven to be due to a manufacturing defect, then the buyer will be entitled to a repair or replacement as decided by Winter on a case by case basis
5. Winter will always have full authority to decide if a buyer qualifies for warranty or not
100-Night Trial Terms
Winter reserves the right to decide in all situations if the customer qualifies for a return within the 100 Night Trial.
If Winter believes that the item has been mistreated, or is too damaged to be returned, or that the 100-night trial period is over the it holds the right to deny a return and a full refund.
Cancellation of Order by Winter
Winter reserves the right to cancel any order by giving advance notice. A full refund will be provided in such cases.
